Jiro Dreams of Sushi

about Jiro Dreams of Sushi; a documentary that’s playing in select theaters and seems pretty fascinating.  The film follows Jiro Ono, an 85 year old Japanese man who’s considered by many to be the world’s greatest sushi chef. Ono is the owner of a sushi restaurant that seats 10 and is tucked away in a Tokyo subway station.  The restaurant has a 3 star Michelin review and people from around the world call months in advance for reservations to this hidden gem. Definitely one for après work sometime soon.
